Located in heart of the Hollywood Hills, this renovation of a historic Spanish home blends old and new, French and Spanish, indoors and out. The interiors feature French oak flooring, arched steel windows, custom iron railings, handcrafted Spanish terra-cotta tiling, bespoke millwork, and Roman clay plaster walls. Luhtala re-oriented the pivot points and proportions of the rooms to create more balanced space and better angles on the bucolic views.
